I am in the Right Place

When I look at my life, I know that I am in the right place. Everything I have ever done has brought me to where I am now.

There are times when I am pleased with my situation. I take full advantage of the stability that comfortable circumstances provide. They give me a chance to work towards challenging goals. I share my good fortune with others.

I acknowledge the direction my life is taking. I hold myself accountable for past decisions. On the other hand, I sometimes want to change my environment. In that case, I strongly believe that acceptance is the first step and believe in my potential to change and all I need is courage and persistence.

I find reassurance knowing that any place can be the right place for me.

What matters is how I interact with my surroundings. I can practice my skills whether I live in a hut or a mansion. I can develop leadership qualities wherever I work and whichever the role that I play. I can easily make friends in social gatherings and in the office.

It is comforting to know that there can be more than one right place for me.

I can succeed anywhere if I make a commitment to excellence. I am able to make a meaningful career out of my choice of practising law or growing orchids. I always try to stay fit by practising yoga or working out at the gym.

Today, I regard my life with confidence and hope. I feel at home wherever I go.

Reflect on below to be in right place of your choice:

  1. How can I remind myself to accept responsibility for my decisions?
  2. What are three words I would use to describe my current life situation?
  3. What is one example of how changing my mindset transformed a situation?

Action Tip: Review your goals weekly/monthly to measure the progress to check whether you are in the right place and heading in the right direction. Change your direction as required to reach the target that you have set.
